US & Canada Shipping:-

In order to keep all our jewelry pricing as transparent as possible, we separate out the costs of secure shipping from our product price. We offer two secure shipping options via Fedex, standard and overnight expedited. 

We ship to all 50 states & Washington, DC we also ship all Over Canada. Unfortunately, we do not ship to U.S. P.O. Boxes; U.S. territories; and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. 

The shipping methods offered during checkout may differ based on your specific shipping address and the items selected. 

Please note, we require a signature upon delivery. 

Please note all orders over 5,000 CAD can only be shipped via Fedex overnight.*

Processing Time:

All orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Custom or personalized orders may require additional processing time; our team will communicate this with you.

Order Tracking:

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, allowing you to monitor the progress of your package.

Customs and Duties (International Orders):

For international orders, please note that any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by your country's customs authorities are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping Delays:

Shipping Address:

Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. ELGA Jewelry is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
